Payment schedule
30% of the total amount is due at time of reservation.
The remaining amount is to be paid 90 day(s) before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 30 day(s) before arrival or earlier.
50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 15 day(s) before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled after.
Security deposit
A refundable security deposit of €200 is due.
Notes
Please note that rates do not include the Budoni Municipality Tourist Tax, which is €0.60 per person per night (€1.00 in July and August) and will be collected upon arrival. This tax does not apply to children under 12 years old.
Night Arrivals: A small supplement is required for night arrivals after 9:00 PM as described below:
- from 9:00 pm to 11:00 pm €30.00
- from 11:00 PM to 12:00 am: €40.00
- from 12:00 am: €50.00
